Our August trial was small but lots of fun. Everyone jumped in to help at every opportunity, which made the trial run very smoothly. The Saturday evening supper was great, as always.

 

This year’s winner of the first-ever Sondog Challenge Cup was Brenda Nault and her chocolate lab Buddy. This team from Lloydminster earned 15 qualifying rounds at our May and August trials, including nine clean runs in August. In other news . . .

Thank you to all who helped put on the agility demonstration at Pike Lake in mid-August. We had a nice afternoon of socializing and barbecuing before we did the demo in the evening. Our audience at the park really enjoyed seeing our dogs strut their stuff.
